Bleuspace Properties Corp. operates a direct-booking platform for premium short-term residences in the Philippines. We started Bleuspace because the best places to stay in cities like Davao were being hidden behind generic listing sites, buried under platform fees, and supported by chat queues that went quiet exactly when a guest needed an answer. We thought a Filipino brand could do this properly.
What we do
Every Bleuspace residence is a real, inspected unit with consistent standards: clean design, reliable internet, a working kitchen, and a host team that prepares the unit before you arrive. You book the place you actually see, on dates the calendar actually has, at a price confirmed before you pay. No bait listings, no surprise rooms.
Why book direct
Booking through Bleuspace means booking with the operator, not a reseller. The rate you see is the rate the property sets, payment is handled by a licensed Philippine processor, and your reservation is confirmed against the live property calendar the moment your payment clears. The team
Bleuspace is built and run by a small Davao-based team of hospitality operators and software builders. The same people who set the standards for the residences also build the platform you book on and answer the support messages you send. We are deliberately owner-operated: the team is accountable for both the stay and the software, and that is on purpose.
